11. Late Arrival and Missed Appointments

Please arrive or join your appointment at the agreed time.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the session to avoid delaying other clients.

Depending on the circumstances and practitioner availability, it may not always be possible to extend the appointment beyond its original finishing time.

If you do not attend a confirmed appointment and do not provide notice, any applicable missed-appointment arrangements communicated at the time of booking may apply.

12. Changes or Cancellation by Bliss Healing

We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel an appointment because of:

• Emergencies
• Technical problems
• Facility issues
• Safety concerns
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and offer an alternative appointment.

• The requested service falls outside the practitioner's professional capability or scope

Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek assistance from another qualified professional.

16. Respectful Behaviour and Professional Boundaries

Bliss Healing is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe and professional environment for clients and practitioners.

Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, abusive conduct, sexual misconduct, threats or intimidation, will not be tolerated.

Massage and touch-based services are provided within the professional boundaries of the particular service being delivered.

Any request or behaviour that falls outside those professional boundaries may result in the session being terminated.
